Trasforini's participation at RHEX also defines the spaces of "unicità nel contract", the exhibition-workshop designed by Simone Micheli www.simonemicheli.com. It is an interactive exhibition that presents architecture combining wonder, pragmatism and sustainability. An interactive exhibition-workshop, a showcase of important contract case histories as told through the unique and distinctive testimonies of four of the most famous creators of international calibre in the industry: Maurizio Papiri, Ettore Mocchetti, Massimo Roj and Simone Micheli, talk about projects, ideas, mood boards, concepts, solutions and suggestions.

Simone Micheli opened the the architectural studio that carries his name in 1990, and in 2003 he established the design company "Simone Micheli Architectural Hero" with headquarters in Florence and Milan. He is a professor at Poli.Design and Scuola Politecnica di Design in Milan. He has exhibited at the Venice Biennale, Architecture sector. He is the curator of contract-themed exhibitions among others in the most important international trade fairs.
In 2007 he represented Italian interior design at the "XXX Congreso Colombiano de Arquitectura" in Barranquilla in Colombia, and in 2008 at the International Conference of Contract Architecture in Hanover, Germany. In 2008 he organised the exhibition "The Italian House" in the Museum of Sculpture "Mube" in Sao Paulo, Brazil; in the "Franz Mayer" museum in Mexico City, in the "Las Artes" centre in Monterrey in 2009.
His professional activity has taken multiple forms: from architecture to interior design, from design to visual design with some dabbling in communication. His creations, sustainable and always environmentally conscious, are characterised by a strong identity and uniqueness. The numerous projects for government institutions and for important customers related to residential and community sectors have made him a major player in European projects.

His work and monographs have been published in many Italian and international magazines, and he has given many television interviews. His latest monograph "Simone Micheli From the Future to the Past", published in 2012, is a selection of 20 years of his work.
